Successful Grand OpeningPosted: May 6th, 2011 Renew Energy Maintenance hosted a Grand Opening on April 28th, 2011. It was held at our corporate office, drive train remanufacturing and service center located at 1712 East 34th Street North in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Over 120 people were in attendance to help celebrate our Grand Opening to officially launch business in North America.President Jim Mikel said, “I am very pleased to present our 35,000 sq ft facility to the public; it will help us do job number one… serve our customers” In addition to vendors, investors, board members, existing and potential customers there were representatives from South Dakota Senator John Thune’s office, Senator Tim Johnson’s office and Representative Kristi Noem’s office. Guests were impressed with the facility. Gary Fish CFO of the company said “We were very pleased with the outstanding response of our Grand Opening and we are very excited to export our Midwest work ethic to other parts of the country”. |

The ribbon cutting included a few words from the management team, chamber volunteers, chamber board members and Mayor Mike Huether. Jim Mikel, the president of the company said, “This has been on the drawing board for six years and to see it come to fruition makes me very proud and thanks to a great management team that helped make this happen.” Gary Fish, CFO of the company said “There is no place we would rather be than located in Sioux Falls. We think Sioux Falls offers many great advantages for our business and we appreciate you all being in attendance today.” After the ribbon cutting the group was provided tours and refreshments. |
